Hi. I want you to know how much I’ve appreciated all your help.

Question- I know you used pharmacy liquid. I do have some. Is there anything special I need to do with it? Dilute it? Or can I just squeeze it into my mouth?

I also have your “recipe “ for making my own liquid. Not sure which route I should take.

I have tried both ways. I’ve only gotten down from 11 mg Valium to 10.8 since January. The little cuts were brutal. Caused severe terror and panic attacks, along with the usual symptoms. But I’m not stabilizing and things seem to be getting worse. So I think it’s time to start again and get off as quick as I possibly can.

Thanks Builder!!

If you have access to the Rx liquid, that is definitely the best option.

And assuming its the 1mg=1ml Diazepam Oral Solution, then you need to dilute it 9:1.  That gives you the same .1mg=1ml ratio I always suggest for the vodka/PG method.

And just like the vodka/PG method, dilute it in 10-14 day batches.

Yep. That’s the solution I have.

So, 1 ml and 9 ml distilled water.

No wonder it didn’t go so well when I just squirted it into my mouth. Dope!!

Thank you!!! xx Lil

I’ve been reading through quite a few of your old posts trying to figure out what I should do without bothering you again. But still not sure what to do.

What’s your opinion about starting the DLMT from an unstable position?

I wake at 4 with the morning anxiety, terror. I have anxiety most of the day along with migraine, nausea, body aches. Most of the usual wd symptoms.

I was hanging on the Long Hold group for a bit, holding per their suggestion. I’ve gotten no relief.

I’ve been mostly holding since January, with the exception of 2 cuts of .02 for 5 days each time, going from 11 mg in Jan to 10.8. I felt those small cuts, a lot. Last time all day panic attacks.

After 6 mo, is it prudent to updose to try to get some stability? Or just get on with my taper?

I’d like it to be fairly easy as your taper was. I’ve got grandkids to care for. Somedays that’s not possible.

I respect your opinions. Thanks again Lilgma

If your sxs are actually being caused by withdrawal, then it's probably unwise to start or continue a taper.

But many folks experience sxs because of a resurgance of their original condition, or other organic  or environmental causes.

I’ll continue to hold. I’ve never had any of these symptoms before. Only insomnia.

I know this process itself is causing added anxiety, but I’ve been trying to work on that by distracting the best I can

TY again
