11 Month Mark

I just hit 11 months benzo free as of June 17. 🙌🏽 Only symptoms I have had since Month 10 are DP and head pressure (feels like my nose is clogged sometimes). Any encouragement?

Thanks so much! I am so ready to wake up one day and just say “no symptoms”. Praying it is sooner than later. I think I have gotten through the worse part of it. 🙌🏽

The past couple month’s is when this started for me. I would wake up & b completely symptoms free. Then these days started to happen more often. Until there was a shift in having more days without symptoms than with. Now I’ve been several weeks now with absolutely no symptoms no matter how much sleep I get or how much stress I endure. Only on month 9 from my CT, & month 7 from my last benzo.

WAY TO GO Freedom! You will get there as more exposure to your CNS becomes reactive to stimulation.. the DR is simply that.  That nose being clogged is the indicator that you may need more rest to heal - don't ignore it.  Thanks for sharing your progress!!!
