Looking for information on water titration for tapering from 1mg Diazepam, as suspension doesn't seem to work for me.  Very sensitive to any taper.  Hoping to have help setting up a tapering schedule using the titration method or an example of a titration set-up.

We are glad you joined our community, you will get plenty of support here.  The general recommendation is to taper no more than 5-10% every 10-14 days, you can alter the schedule, it is okay to go slower, whatever rate you are comfortable with. We have a great community here of knowledgeable and friendly people who understand this process.  You will find some very valuable support and information on the forum.  Please feel free to ask questions so that members can respond

 

I would suggest that you familiarise yourself with the Ashton Manual, It is a great resource for understanding the effect benzo’s have on our body.  It provides tapering and withdrawal information and includes a list of common symptoms
