I read a really helpful post a few days back. It might have been here under during taper but more likely on the post taper board or even success stories board. The post was by a member who was off benzos. It was a long and detailed post.

 

As far as details, the post I'm looking for was science based but conversational in tone. It listed various symptoms with things that could help. I remember Epsom salts in a bath for one, but tried Epsom salts in search with no luck. Exercise was also mentioned, and I think yoga was specified.

 

I think the post was older but someone had added a new message, and it showed up on the just in section.

 

The writer was female I'm pretty sure.

 

I mentally noted the board and was sure I could find the post again. Nope. My benzo fog is such that I can't lock information down like I used to.

 

If anyone can direct me to the post, I'll put the link in my progress log where I will be able to find it. Thanks in advance if this rings a bell.
