The thick head fuzz. When moving my head up and down side to side it’s dizzy and fuzzy, heavy headed feeling. Makes everything unbearable! When does this go away is it even related to benzos?

My head is like this and I don’t even need to move it.  Withdrawal.

sarasue, its awful isn't it. mine used to be this way without moving it. now when I awake I will know how my day will be dependant on how my head feels. does it feel like sand is in there? like its a dizzy delayed feeling, like a Whoah feeling, drunk. just got off a carnival ride in your brain feeling? I wonder what this is? if I move my head around its like a WHOah oh crap dizzy, spinning, delayed, awful, buzzed, feeling. so weird. is it the vestbular system?

I remember this.  When I cut too fast I got this very badly, sometimes complete spinning room depending on how far to the right I moved my head.

 

This is one sx I can say for absolute positive that gets better with time. I used to be literally afraid

to put my head down on the pillow on my right side for fear of extreme vertigo.  I can now sleep either way.

 

I’m sorry for your pain and fuzziness.  It does get better with time.

27 months off here.  I still deal with this so cannot tell you when it ends.  It is as if somebody drilled a hole in your skull and filled it with motor oil....
