Diazepam Jump

I’m really feeling like jumping from 1mg diazepam - been on this amount for one month (I think, bad memory) down from 6mg for two years and 3-4 month taper. 6mg is strong for me as I’m slow metaboliser. I previously attempted micro taper and it’s too hard to do. Anyone think it’s a good idea to jump while I’m feeling symptom free? Or am I just having an optimistic window??

I jumped at 1mg Rose, and am still feeling it at 3+ months off. 

 

From what I understand this is par for the course post cessation.  I was not entirely symptom free when I jumped. 

 

Though still going through the throes do not regret my decision as wanted an open road on which to heal.

I have that feeling too, wondering if I clear the road will I be more empowered. If I’m going to have withdrawals anyway, will they be any worse. I’m waking each morning with withdrawals for 1mg + withdrawals from the taper - withdrawal withdrawals? I can’t figure out yet if this is my next move. Waiting for a sign from the universe or just do it!
