Not sure what just happened. Not quite a brain zap. Near black out.

The parasthesias are on another level today but what I'm concerned about is this weird sensation. I was at my cubicle and a sudden intense vibration/buzzing/jolt came over my brain and I nearly blacked out. It wasn't my normal internal vibrations or what I've experienced from a brain zap before. My vision faded as if I was about to pass out and I felt light-headed. It went away and hasn't returned. I guess I'm trying to see if this may be severe form of nephropathy or if I should be concerned about this being a near seizure or heart issue as I have arrhythmia. Has anyone experienced this or something similar?

I don't know for sure but that does sound scary. W/d does effect blood pressure lots so it could have just made you faint.  You should see a doctor just to be on the safe side if you're concerned since you do have a heart condition and w/d has definitely caused heart attacks and seizures. Maybe mostly in people who cold turkey but still better to check it.

I agree, but doubt it will be anything to do with your heart. Benzo wd can cause all sorts of weird brain symptoms. I had exactly what you described and yes, it is terribly scary! But this stuff does go away. Get checked out medically just to reassure yourself. And let us know what happens.

I had this exact thing happen to me very early on. It was scary and I was worried about it returning but it never did. I had gone to a Cardiologist before this happened and my heart was fine so I don't think it has anything to do with your heart. But saying that it doesn't hurt to get checked out. But don't let it take over your thoughts. It may never happen again.

I had this happen 1 time 5 months ago and it was the start of me going into acute. I still worry about it happening again from time to time even though it was 5 months ago lol.
