How to Get Back to 1X Daily Dose from 2X?

In a couple of ways, things got better once I split my dose into 2 but I'm still having lots of trouble stabilizing after getting off the PPI.  However, previously, I would always take K at night before bed and since I split, I don't sleep as long, I wake up with the cortisol surges, akathasia, paresthesia, more dizziness.  Previously, I would obviously get interdose W/D and heightened anxiety in the late afternoon/evening before my dose, in addition to nausea.  In some ways, I'm regretting splitting up the dose, though I did so to try and "stabilize" as many have said to do before.  Does anyone know how I can get back to 1x daily dose without causing more CNS damage or w/d symptoms?  i know this is contrary to what many have done/said to do.

Just go back to 1 dose per day.  There will NOT be any "CNS damage".

Wish my CNS wasn't so hypersensitive.  Feels like/Seems like all meds, changes, etc really have an impact.  I couldn't do the DLMT either - felt like a big cut.
