Hi . I had been in diazepam for 11 months as a muscle relaxant after an injury . Became dependant and completed taper plan and currently going through withdrawals . 9 weeks today off and still feels like hell

Sorry you’re going through post-withdrawal misery. Unfortunately this is typical, but the awful symptoms do fade over time.
