So nobody has this. I guess its back to the doctor. Feel defeated when you have to try another doctor. Praying all the time for myself and you who are suffering. God bless you all

I’m 5 1/2 months post  CT.  I’ve had this since CT.  I feel and hear my heart pounding in my ears, chest, and feet!  The pressure is unreal.  You should maybe go to doc if you think it is more than WD or would make you feel better.

Anyone mopping up what I'm spilling? Give me facts if you can. Has someone already made it past this? Cant wait to get my life back. I was on valium for 6 months, nothing compared to how long some of you were on. May God bless you all with fast healing.

I also have pulsatile tinnitus as a result of withdrawals . Mines started during my taper plan and has continued through out . I'm 9 weeks off since last tablet and still bad at times . I use distracting noises and also have an app which helps me focus on other noises rather than my pulsatile tinnitus . Sounds of the ocean . Fire and rain works best for me . The less I focus on it the less intense it gets

Makeitstop,

I’ve had pulsatile tinnitus since the day I jumped off the meds 4.5 years ago.  I still have it.  It’s down to a soft pulsating now.  It used to be like a washing machine with tennis shoes in the drum.  I’m still waiting for this to leave.  I was told “everybody has head noise.”

Wow, noise distractions do help. Thanks. I was using the tv but as time passes I found I was loosing hearing in 1 ear and have the tv too loud for anyone in my house to watch it. The sink running seems to help so I am going to download water running or rain and try that. Sayin it sounds like tennis shoes in a dryer, yes you nailed it. Thank you all for your help. God bless you

24 months and it still feels like my head is stuck in a washing machine sometimes with this crap. When will it go away. Pulsing sounds like there’s drums in there
