Getting told you look well

One of my best friends facetimed me today, I haven't seen her for a few month's, we talk a lot but don't really get to see each other.

She actually commented that I look really well, the best I've looked in ages. I hadn't spoken to her since I turned my corner a couple of weeks ago so she didn't know.

I looked so sick at one point, so this makes me happy.

My hair is really growing back nicely as well.

 

My I'm so certain my full healing is almost here, I can almost touch it.

That's awesome! So happy nice to hear a success story.  You should add a signature of how long you were on? What med and dose and how long you've been off? I would love to know.

Nice job Kam!  Your body is doing it's job fairly quickly.  My hair and skin have bounced back too but I have a ways to go.  So good to hear about healing!

People told me that I looked fantastic during with drawl. But that’s because I lost about 20 pounds and got down to 110.  The skinniest I’ve been since high school!  Too bad I couldn’t even enjoy looking great because I felt like #%*#%<}!¥!!!!  It was so weird because I was seriously not showering and wearing the same clothes every day ( too sick to even care) ... I felt like I looked semi homeless  and yet people kept telling me that I looked great!

 

Suddenly my appetite came back and I gained about 15 pounds in two months.  I’m probably slightly chubby now but I do feel improved so I guess that’s a fair trade off.
