Benzo withdrawal or not is that? Help

Guys I am almost 18m off. But still bad.

Last weeks I am barely hold on this crap. I am not sure its benzo withdrawal-s or not anymore.

 

I have brutal stiffness in my whole body special in my neck, head, shoulders and legs sometimes.

Its so strong that brings me nausea and vertigo especially when its hits me.

 

Couple nights its happening at the middle of the evening and I cant sleep from so brutall stiffness and rigidity guy's with so much pain.

I try aspirin, magnesium, hot showers  God nothing stopping this.

Finally In one moment slowing down and vanish but for only couple hours. From this I cant sleep and the next day its hits me more powerful with more stiffness and pain without sleep is a hundred times worse.

Lol last night I was scared it was almost kill me, like crashing my head.

Is this withdrawals folks I dont know what to think anymore?

Lex, All I can say is that your symptoms sound like mine in Acute. I am only 12 months off but it has mostly gone away... until I exert myself too much or smell cleaning chemicals. I see you were on K too for a lot longer and kindled. Please give it more time as healing can be right around the corner. You will heal.  Just a matter of time.

Lex, I walked in the same shoes almost  years ago when I was forced to CT off benzos and ADs. IO thought I was dying. I also thought I had gone plumb insane. My symptoms were SO severe, I also considered suicide for a while.

I still don't quite know how I endured this stuff but I did. I do know that my extreme paranoia (of doctors, mostly) helped me push through it, but what I learned here on BB helped me even more.

Your symptoms sound purely like benzo wd to this old warrior. I had very similar symptoms, and they lasted a really long time. I have to be honest here, as lying never got me anywhere but in trouble. It did take me THREE years to heal from this stuff. But I am SO glad I stuck it out.

I am now 69, but do not look it or act it. Its sort of like God gave me another chance at this life. And I now choose to take that chance. I know that what I went through is something very few people even know about, so I have to keep sort of quiet about this. Only on BB and a couple other benzo sites do I tell the whole truth. And that is a shame but it is what we benzo people deal with.

Please do not give up. A much better life is waiting for you on the other side. Healing from benzos is tedious and very painful, but it truly is worth the struggle.
