Anyone healed before the 18 month mark?

July 17 will be my one year mark and only symptom left is head pressure. It is causing issues for me driving though because it seems to get worse while driving over 50 mph or when laying down. Only thing that helps is hot showers/baths, exercise, and placing a heating pad on my head. 😔

I'm at 7 and a half months now and I am definitely healing a lot since I've been off.  I'm in a wave right now and I am recognizing things that cause waves for me more now, and hopefully I'll be able to prevent or lessen them in the future.  Things that are still bothering me are muscle pain in my neck and shoulder, and sensitivities to noise and lights and even certain music.  I can't handle anything too rough or violent with movies and tv and even stuff that once didn't bother me is finding a way now.  In general, my level of daily pain is much less than when I was tapering or on benzos, so I see this as a definite plus.  Also, I have a lot more control over my emotions and thoughts now, though it's still feeling very new to me, I definitely prefer this to being so drugged that I couldn't hear my thoughts and all my emotions were numbed.
