dp/dr getting worse

For me it began in that first year after going Ct off all those drugs, and it never left me until my third year. But do not compare yourself to me!

I always have trouble describing what I thought was DR/DP. How do you experience this? I truly want to know.

Waves, but I've had it all the time as well. DP/DR has certainly improved over the last 6 months. 19 months off CT 10mg diazepam.

My Dp has lessoned in some way. Its still pops up here and there but usually goes away quick. It was pretty constant in . early w/d/. Now it's still like I'm kind of detached from life a bit and observing everything. I'm still fairly early on so we will see. I do feel suicidal almost all day still and feel like there is nothing left for me. I'm not gonna act on it but its an exhausting feeling which has been through this whole w/d?

east-so many symptoms Im tired of it. unclear mucky, thick, heavy, fuzzy head feeling, inside brain feels weird, detached feeling, I dont have the usual symptoms of what people say where they dont feel like their hands are there's, looking in mirror etc. people talking to me or me listening to people I feel off. my brain physically feels weird, weird sensations in my head.
