weird sensations in brain

I just replied to your other post. It might help if you learned just a bit about benzos, how they work and what happens when you go off them, either by taper or CT.

Short form answer: Benzos work ON your brain, specifically the FEAR Center, the tiny part of your brain that controls anxiety, fear, and the "fight or flight" response. Benzos damp this tiny part of your brain down, making you feel less anxious or more able to sleep. But when you go OFF a benzo, by any method, your brain tends to OVER-react, as it no longer has that drug that calmed it all down.

One of the hallmarks of bwd IS weird brain symptoms. Because your brain controls everything about you (along with a host of other chemicals, hormones, etc.), just about any sort of weird symptom can occur. But Benzo Brain has long been recognized by those who go through benzo wd.

If you could describe what you are feeling a bit better, people might be able to better help you. But I CAN tell you that what you are feeling IS normal for benzo wd.
