I had reflux/gerd the whole 20 years I was on benzo, sometime near the end of my taper it went away and has been gone since I have been off the benzo poison...go figure...

Great forFreedom! Congrats!

I gave up (almost) all red wine and carbs after 6 pm.

But the winner was getting off Seroquel and hope Bella is right that coming off Benz might be complete cure — but almost there.

My gastro man insists I continue omeprazole for the Barrett’s bit so B12 supplements are necessary!
