Hello,

As I only started taking benzodiazepenes because I couldn't fall asleep (at all) before I took it, what hope is there for me of ever sleeping again once I stop it? I know that 'rebound insomnia' is supposed to be much worse than the original problem but mine was so bad I just start crying thinking about how it could possibly be worse. Does it ever get better or is my sleep which was already terrible damaged forever?
