Trying not to spend even MORE money at the Doctor’s Office.

My arms and feet feel very weightless. It’s not much of a depersonalization thing at this point, it’s a physical sensation of my arms feeling weightless/smoothed over/numb/poor proprioception.

 

On top of this I’ve had a headache for 5 days. I had already been through Klonopin withdrawal years ago and mostly recovered until I took Xanax for a week this year.

 

I keep having to tell myself that I didn’t have any of this nonsense before that week of Xanax so it’s gotta be from the Xanax but damn this head pressure and numb limbs is such an alarming and uncomfortable situation. It makes my mind start worrying it’s something else even though it’s probably not, which doesn’t help anything.

 

I’m not trying to go to the doctor just to spend more money for them to tell me they have no idea what’s going on. Or to pay even more money for more expensive procedures that just say everything is normal.

 

I’m very annoyed this morning lol. Anyone relate?

I get some head pressure it seems very common also get numb feet and one of my hands sometimes, it was constant for a while but now not as much it’s like when I put my feet on the floor it’s almost as if I can’t feel anything very weird! It’s in the Aston Manual just google “Ashton Manual  numb feet “ it’ll bring up a thread about feet arms legs etc feeling numb tingling etc .
