Anyone Protracted saved by SSRI?

I've been off way too long and still have so much mental issues, especially anxiety.

 

Has anyone been med free for so long and been helped by SSRI?

Just kind of considering it.

You're still not better after seven years off? I'm really sorry you have had to suffer this long. It gets to a point where trying something seems like a good option and if I feel like I do at 14 months for seven years, I would try a medication.

yeah short term user and still suffering, wasn't all bad but seems to keep going up and down. I go through any stress and I just get slammed it seems.

Pretty sure I am a very rare case so dont be afraid.
