anyone  had a  destabilized nervous system  when they first took a benzo or had ssri wd  syndrome... having a hard time  as I only reached 0.30 from 0.50  and  have been weak  insomnia and lately bad vertigo/ nausea  I know its not the worst... 

 

Just would like to know others in my situation

These sound like typical withdrawal symptoms to me.  They will get better in time once you are off.
