Vertigo/ nausea

I have really horrible vertigo, nausea  for days now...  Im tapering 10% every month and just reached .30  from 0.50  will I have to go slower, anyway I'm holding

anything that helped you  how long did it last?

 

I live alone and not able to work  its horrible...

and always alone as of course my friends  are busy and don't understand...

These are symptoms many of us have, especially near the end of a taper and when newly off.

 

Many of us go through this process alone.  I did.  That's why this forum is so valuable.

Slow down on taper will help and Bonine/Meclizine helps some.

Dehydration on benzos or AP can cause vertigo.

Try to drink plenty of fluids.

Hi megan thank you! I'm not really at the end of my taper... 40% and I will take it a bit slower...now.  It freaked me out but  coping, but everything freaks me out that is unknown  until I learn  about it,  as I don't know what to expect

Thank you I didn't know this, I do feel like passing out, weak alot.. is this dangerous?

Not dangerous but it took me years to realise this phenomenon. Yes you will feel faint on moving

Drink about 6 pints of water a day fo a few days and let me know?.
