Off the Seroquel a word of thanks and a question!

Dear Friends

I seems to have got off the Seroquel ". Last took 25mg 5 weeks ago with just one short re instate.

Nil for three weeks.

Sleep pretty good. Do feel a bit restless at times, but lots going on at home so expect tension.

Now want to go swimming again etc but mirtazipine very sedating still.

THANKS for all your help along the way.

 

RESIDUAL weak legs, ache on walking and stairs. Unsteady in shower.  Prob need long rehab. ?.

Not helped by being on Diaz and pregabalin as well. And sleepy on mirtazipine of course.

Anyone else got very aching thighs ?  Advice on recovery would be welcome. They were weaker for the 4 years on Seroquel. 

Spinal specialist says MRI ok. Recent bloods all ok. So dunno what is going on!

I am still having a tiny bit of extremity aches after c/t off Seroquel.... 

 

I have taken to using a cal/mag supplement, or my Cal/Mag/potassium supplement. 

It does seem to help.  And drinking lots of water.  Stretching etc.
