You say can fell in the title but I think you mean can’t?

I can feel my skin a bit but it feels numbed out and rubbery as does everything underneath it.

Yes, this is an ongoing symptom of mine.  Recently I had it on my feet also, but typically just my face.  It goes away in windows, so I now it's not permanent.  Very strange symptom though.  Hang in there.  WR

SD,

I’m in month 6th post CT, I’ve been 95% numb (skin) top of my scalp to tips of my toes.  I’ve been terrified it was permanent.  I feel nerve/bone/muscle pain below it. :(

In the last month about 25% of the numbness has gone. I’ve posted looking for others with this much numbness.

Pain is an odd thing. I get the muscle pain prob from years on phenothiazines and bone ache too.

But the odd thing is if I cut myself deeply enough to stitch it, I just do it without local anaesthetic.

I am too phobic to go to ER so buy sutures on Amazon.

I think the fine nerve fibres are burnt by benzos

Sara

I think 50 years on benzos has basically nuked my CNS system and any recovery is minimal.

I needed NO post Op pain relief after a hip replacement.

But today I had burning pain all day in my muscles so they aren't dead completely-)

We live in hope

Dick
