body temp fluctuations ( feeling cold/ cold hands) etc

having this off and on, now it's on, 2 hours ago I felt warm, had anxiety/panic ( not a fun time )

I feel a bit better now, but I also feel cold, says 69 F in here, but to my body it feels like 59F ,even though

I'm wrapped in a blanket, and my hands etc are like ice, I'm on a low dose Beta Blocker, Bisoprolol, 5 mgs

could this be anxiety, or maybe BP fluctuations?

Just wanted to let you know that I indeed get really cold (can’t get out of bed) as I’m tapering Valium and Paxil.  That seems to be a w/d symptom.

You should add a “signature” so all the experts here can see your med. history. That way they could assist you better.
