We are glad you found us, If you are looking for taper advice, reducing your daily dose by somewhere between 5% and 10% every 10 - 14 days is the rule of thumb.  It’s important to listen to the body, whatever feels comfortable. The aim is to keep symptoms manageable.  You will find some very valuable support and information on the forum. I suggest you check out The Ashton Manual,  its a great resource for understanding the effect benzo’s have on our body.  It provides you with tapering and withdrawal information and also includes a list of common symptoms
