Seven months off and feel as bad as acute

Well I thought I was turning the corner over the last few months. Yesterday and today I feel as bad as I was in acute. Knees are so heavy and weak that I can barely walk. Tinnitus is revving back up. Feel weak and tired all over. I just don’t understand how I can feel as bad as I did during acute.

It’s just like after seven long months I feel that I’ve actually gone backwards and have made zero progesss.
