27 months everything returning

Would like to hear from anyone who is 27 months +. I’ve had every symptom come back and to be this bad far out is not seeming to be normal.  I really start to wonder the dangers of people saying it’s all benzo and we heal since so many people I know I’m rea life have stopped these drugs and are perfectly fine weeks later. I cannot function and life is utter hell watching the world go by and everyone happy and living when every day for years have been struggling. I withdrew from klonopin years ago and got off of it in 6 months and was perfectly fine then had anxiety and was put back on 4 years ago and tapered 27 months ago and still really bad.  There has to be people on here who thought it was benzo and then it was really other issues going on! I just don’t understand living day after day thinking you will get better and each month passes and it’s still just as bad.

What symptoms are you experiencing? I'm still very depressed and angry at everything and everyone at 14 months off. My vision is still bad and I have weird pressures and burning all over my body.

I’m not on anything and haven’t tried anything. I truly don’t think we ever heal and many of us long timers on here who stil aren’t well must have other issues because many leave this site and are not healed still to this day. Just so scary what happens to us to live like this day In day out.

It has happened to me and it passed, but it took time. It may not take that kind of time for you. On average, from what I understand, or from what my old withdrawal doctor used to tell me, there is a pattern for bad waves at 24 months specifically (believe it or not!) and that is that they last 4 months. It's just what they do. On average. Not less, not more, usually, for the majority of people when this happens, they last 4 months. And then those people feel leagues better. Sometimes they're completely healed. This may not be as bad as you think. Just don't "do" anything to "fix" it :)

That's basically how I was put on benzos again. I was almost fully healed (aside from fatigue), fully functional, a single mom of a toddler with disabilities, handling it all just fine and then out of nowhere around 27 months off Ativan I got a flu and was thrown into PAWS ( without realizing it was PAWS at the time).

How are you now? Your timeline shows your not off very long?

This is my second time off. I was talking about my first time in the previous post.

I'm still pretty sick.

I soo needed to see this post! I was feeling great and then 24 months hit and all hell broke loose and now I'm having new sxs that are pretty scary, these chest spasms smh. But I feel like I've been in a wave every since I hit my 2yrs in April. Hopefully I'm in a wave like you say and hopefully after this will all go away! Wishful thinking but I'll hold onto that 😁

I have been bad since 24 months and this last month has been getting worse and worse over time. I’m now 28 months and worse then ever. My life is over and not sure how things will ever turn from now.

Did you happen to drink or take anything that could have contributed?

Also what is your benzo/med history since you don’t have a signature?

No alcohol or any other medications. 3 years off lexapro and 28 months klonopin.

How long did you use them for?
