week over week

Im still deathly ill after my last setback but week over week im seeing certain symptoms lessen.

April - took supplements and meds cus I'm dumb and desperate for a window.

May - completely off everything again.

Week 1 - couldn't get off the floor (had to crawl around), electricity running through brain, extreme headaches, fatigue/exhaustion, constant dizziness, non stop crying, cant eat, extreme confusion, relentless akasthisia, anxiety attacks, absolutely 0 windows.

Week 2 - can walk in small bursts, electricity still running through brain, relentless headaches still, fatigue/exhaustion maybe worse, surprisingly worse dizziness, light headed now, crying less often, eating 1 meal a day, still confused, akasthisia gone, less anxiety, still no windows.

Week 3 - can still only walk in small bursts, electricity gone, headaches still a major problem, fatigue/exhaustion static, dizziness less often, light headed still, anxiety gone, eating 2 meals now, stuck being confused, almost nightly windows.

Week 4 - in progress.

Oh and DP/DR goes without saying cuz ive had that for years now. But yeah. Maybe steady improvement.

You sound like how I was for a while. I was also very bad, couldn't walk. It did get better. Don't be hard on yourself about supplements and stuff. I used them too. Eventually got better out of the blue.

Got hit with a wave this week. Hanging on for the ride.

Linnie! I am so glad to hear you made it through that awful time.  I was really bad as well. I am not fully recovered but am able to walk my dog a couple of miles (just 2-3 times a week) and ability to concentrate (with rests) has greatly improved.  Cresc will get there as well. It was having people like you supporting me that made all the difference.
