Wave? 4 months off

Hello again BB,

 

I was off here for a good 4 months. Long story short , tapered for 3 years, symptoms so bad ended up in a wheelchair for 5 months. 4 months ago I was officially done with my taper. Started feeling 90 percent healed for a few months. A few days ago out of nowhere my severe fatigue returned as well as a bunch of other symptoms. I'm thinking this has to be the benzos coming back. So discouraging. I have travel planned, plane tickets purchased and I can once again barely get out of bed or be walking around for more than just a few minutes.

 

Anyone else experience a return of symptoms at month 4?

I've had sxs return all the way through this horrific experience, so i understand how discouraging this is but unfortunately it's part of the non linear healing process. I'm 16 months off now and many sxs are  starting to fade somewhat, I'm hoping this is a good sign but of course they could be waiting in the wings to come back. I can't believe I've survived this far.

4 month wave is very common...yes I and many others went though it...it passes.

My 4 month wave was really rough for me as well. I was returning to work, and it nearly cost me the contract.
