im truly desperate!!!! I have no idea what to do. At 13 months off im doing terrible. IM homebound, even looking outside is too much for my brain. Right now it feels as if something is racing inside my brain. not thoughts, its just a racy feeling. I awoke this morning all foggy, off, dizzy feeling. I generally feel like SHIT 24/7. then after I was up for about 30mins an odd, weird sensation takes over my brain and I want to know what it is. Its like everything seems fuzzy, people talking, feels like my brain is wrapped in something and I cant make anything out clearly. then the anxiety sets in and makes that feeling worse, then the detachment comes along. its the most insane, intense, uncomfortable feeling ever. its like something has a hold of my brain. I have a little 3 yr old girl at home with me all day everyday that I cant even hardly pay attention to because of the way I feel. opinions please???

Yes these things I have experienced as well. I can’t tell you for sure if what you’re experiencing is withdrawal but I can tell you I have had the same kind of things. My mind doesn’t work properly and I can’t even explain half the things I feel. It’s like I’m tripping on a drug or something.

Hi Hl01, I’ve seen a couple of your other posts lately too and IMO it seems like it would be good for you to get out of the house. Try to interact with others you don’t know even if it’s just going to the minimart and buying a pack of gum. Seems like you might be trapped in your house and your head and you’ve got a child totally dependent on you too. Can you put her in a stroller and go for a walk? Hope you start feeling better soon. Best.

Do a little at a time. Down to the mailbox and back first. Then to end of the street, etc.  Don’t fight the anxiety. Let it happen, it won’t kill you and you’ll start to desensitize just a little bit at a time.

These are all withdrawal symptoms. I have them too. I used to have them all the time, but now I only have them in waves. It gets better.
