Started DMLT Today With Lots Of Help From Buddies! #Grateful

I’ve been struggling with tapering alprazolam for months.  I’ve been making dry percentage cuts until today.  I am a total idiot when it comes to math so people reached out and suggested DMLT.  I was extremely intimidated at first, but think I may understand.  I’m still a little unfamiliar with the whole process, but know as I move along, you Buddies will be here to help! 

 

For the first time in years, I’ve been at/under 1mg of alprazolam.  I know I can do this and just wanted to let you know what a powerful forum BB is!!  There are ALWAYS people willing to take time away from their own struggles/issues while tapering to help.  That’s an amazing gift from strangers.  It would be an amazing gift from someone I know personally!

 

I’m not giving up.  I actually feel I can do this now.  Of course it won’t be easy, but hoping DMLT makes the process a bit smoother than it has been.

Way to go SeptGirl! I’m having to dlmt  2 mg lorazepam as symptoms were too crushing to continue. I am dropping this week but feel good mostly. Slow and steady wins the race!
