Increase in W/D Symptoms - PPI (Protonix) W/D, Low Vitamin B12, or Tolerance W/D

OK, I am not sure how much more I can take.  I had put my taper on hold while I was healing up some esophagitis and was on a high dose of Protonix (PPI).  Long story there but though I still have a bit of reflux, I tapered off as it wasn't even helping much.  I did what the doctor said but as soon as I skipped a day of the Protonix, I noticed an increase in anxiety, akasthasia, agitation, dizziness, burning mouth, parasthesia, jitteriness.  I completed the taper and have been off for 4 weeks completely now.  Whereas the Protonix had me feeling depressed, and I couldn't sleep on it, I am now sleeping but all those other W/D like symptoms have increased.  So now I'm wondering what the heck to do......was the Protonix interfering with the klonopin and now that I'm off, it's intensified any withdrawal or created a paradoxial effect, is it a withdrawal of it's own that will pass, am I in tolerance w/d for holding too long (at .5 mg), or could it be that it's the Vitamin B12 deficiency (tested at 255 6 weeks ago, which is way down from this fall)?

I broke up my nightly dose of klonopin into 3 doses to see if I could stabilize.  Helped at first but now I have parasthesia and it's not helping.  Not sure whether I should supplement B12, which my pdoc (who has no clue about Benzo withdrawal) says, to just hold for a while, hope that this will pass or start a water titration that I have been looking into doing.  No one knows what the hell is going on and I don't want to make matters worse.  Anyone experienced anything similar coming off a PPI and did it pass or did anyone experience B12 deficiency that mimicked withdrawal and got better with supplementing?  I'm afraid to supplement B12, which could cause me to get more revved up.

Hi

I am not allowed to give advice.-BB rules are strict.

But after years on PPIs I found I was iron and B12 deficient --confirmed by DR Google-all is now well.

Then I Googled diazepam and PPIs  --they all prolong benzos half life.-)))

So its an interesting scenario , but I have tired the mods out too much already by inadvertently giving advice.

Very best wishes

Dick

Someone will be more helpful, but you could google as I did--quite a shock.
