Read the last paragraph of the article. It's not in all cases and for the most part I really don't think any of those drugs listed are going to permanently fry your brain. I've taken some of the things listed, drink coffee, an occasional beer and even once in a blue moon taken a hit off a joint and I'm doing fine. I don't think the original poster meant to freak people out and it even says at the end that this if for informational purposes only. You will all heal and be fine!

There is no permanant damage, you all will heal. It just takes a Really long time to heal fully.

 

I was a very severe case in a wheelchair for 5 months . thinking there is no way Benzos could possibly be the culprit and one day out of the blue I spontaneously improved to about 90 percent well.

 

Now unfortuantely I am in a wave at 4 months off. Baylissa is a great resource for long term coping with this. I have spoken with her personally and she has seen thousands of people through BWS. She attests to the fact that we all heal.
