Direct Ativan Taper Advice

I am currently taking 2.5mgs Ativan nightly for the last 7 months. 11 weeks postpartum now. How should I attempt this? I was thinking of 10% cuts every week. Is that too fast? Thanks.

It's recommended to do 5% to 10% every 14 days so, yes, I think 10% each week is too fast.

Ativan is evil!  I’ve heard of folks who have had success with DMLT.  I recall seeing a support thread somewhere on the board. You may want to do a search for it as a source of information. Good luck!

You can always try 10% cuts/wk and see how you feel.
