Hi everybody.

Been using both lorazepam and bromazepam for about 2 years, lorazepam being my primary one. I´m 27 months of and still struggling with social anxiety among others. Currently i live in Stockholm

I am glad to hear that you are off the Ativan. The symptoms you have described are common. The majority of folks who quit taking benzo's do eventually fully recover, it just seems to take longer for some of us. Hang in there!

 

I would like to suggest that you do some research on the various boards. Becoming well informed should better enable you to make difficult decisions as well as provide you with the tools you need for a successful recovery.  You will find many knowledgeable members who will support your efforts to remain benzo free.
