Setback

I am currently in my seventh month of setback,I was fully healed for years before this..

I’m absolutely devastated that extreme stress can put you back in this,the insomnia is so bad.

I stay up for days on end, and that makes the anxiety so much worse... does anyone have  any experience with a setback? I’m loseing a ton of hair and can’t stay asleep....

Yes I am so sorry you are going through this it’s truly hell. I was healed for about 10 months and then severe stress broke me and I’ve been in this setback for about 14 months now. It’s gotten more manageable but it’s still hard. A lot of people have setbacks but they all heal again, and when you do you’ll feel even better than you did before. Try to avoid any new stress and just rest as much as humanly possible, I can go for walks but can’t workout hard again yet, just be gentle with trawled and avoid caffeine, sugar and alcohol and MSG. You’ll get through this

Song bird I was healed for about 3 years,then had a death and it caused major major stress and like all the symptoms came back...crushing fatigue,chemical 24/7 anxiety,Insomia,raceing thoughts,intrusive thoughts,fears,weight loss,DR,cracking joints that they sound like there rotting..

(Which I had in my first withdraw years ago)  this is so crazy that this can come back like this..

Do you have Agrophobia? I got it so bad.

There was someone on Dr. Jenn’s Site who went through the same thing. She recovered in ten months. But dude, stop taking shit that works on GABA!

Btw my friend tragically lost his mom a few years ago and went through 6 months of severe anxiety, depression and insomnia. And he isn’t in or was ever in benzo withdrawal.

What year did you heal? I am in the same situation but mine was from alcohol. I healed before in 2014
