10 days now of 2% off .5mg of clonazepam

Hi Everyone,

 

I still don't know if I'm posting in the right place as I can't find the taperplan section of the forum.

 

I've done 10days now of 2% off .5mg and feeling very frustrated.

 

I need to get ready for another cut, but I'm having so many sleep onset brain shocks I'm afraid. I just lied down for an hoiur and had at least 15 shocks despite slow and steady nasal breathing which usually helps.

 

I've been on K 16yrs, and before that Attivan PRN.

 

Neither I nor my neurologist or other doctors know why. It's only at sleep onset but they are total sprays of strong electrical shocks that not only startle m,e awake, but make me afraid to close my eyes.

 

Additionally, during this time I also had a strange and new spasm in my arm that felt like an involuntary shock of some kind, as well as my entire upper body.

 

It's all pretty weird and on top of other health problems and pain makes me wonder why I think I can escape the pills at all. I've been sick decades, almost 69yo, and tired.

 

Any help appreciated.

Hi Pices,

 

If you look at the top of the page, you will see the word Home in orange to the far left. Press that and you will see all the forum boards including the taper forums. There's more than one including a general taper board.

 

You will likely get more help there on tapers than on the w/d board, because the taper experts may not check other boards.

 

There's a lot of information just to read when you get over to the taper boards, so I feel sure you can find an idea or plan that will work for you.
