Anyone take Nitroglycerin

Has anyone had problems using nitroglycerin? I don’t know anything about it but it sounds like it works in the cns. Before I knew I was in withdrawal, I got a chest scan for all the heart symptoms I have and I’m just curious if I should have avoided it.

It only works as a spray for about twenty mins.  Used it while waiting cardio tests, headache but no added WD Sx.  Basically it opens up arteries by releasing nitrous oxide. Hence the use of viagra for angina before they realised it helps impotence. @)

Dick.    The slow release tabs may have a different effect long term.
