DP/DR and cant watch the TV

I feel deatached from the world until the evening also cant concentrate to watch tv, cant concentrate to do anything. Are there people with the sae symptoms? DP/DR are worst after good sleep.

Oh yes!!! Every single day. I dont know if it is,dr dp or jusr the damage benzo w/d cause? Like you said about after sleeping. It is like the symptoms is easier later after noon.

Sounds from Tv or radio is stramge. My vision is strange. When I was away for a week this became even worse. The stress. All sounds at the festival. I thought my brain. Was going to explode from all input. Do you have visual issues? My sight is to sharp to much contrast, to sharp objects, in the morning the opposiet way. Dark blurry and double vision.

It will improve Sun. I was feeling better last year. Now from march i am living in a dream. Nightmare. But once again i read that acceptance is the key for symptoms to easy. Mental symptoms will go away with time. Our brain chemistry is altered from all those medications. But it will heal.

Does anyone rehearse in their head everyday things/activities before they do them, no matter how simplistic they are?
