Is this weird vision stuff and sensory overload I expeinve while out just dp/dr? Or is it honestly my btaim unable to process things

I thinnk it is from the anxiety, when my anxiety is lower then those sx ehen I am out are lower. The anxiety can cause that weird vision stuff and all those sx.including dp/dr. When that happens it intensifies the anxiety and thus intensifies the sx, so goes the viscious cycle. At least thatt is what I noticed with me.

the anxiety will.start to die down once the wave starts to settle. The moring anxiety for me is still bad, but it did get better before so I believe it will again.

I really hope you start feeling better soon!

I.just think.its a bad wave for us both, whatever set it off, it will go away.

I have like that too. Wonder the same

And I dont have anxiety. I think it is the damage in the brain cause this. Not sure it is dr dp anymore
