Stabilized from last cut but very fatigued

[Mi...]

Recommended Posts

I held 15 days at 1.25 and finally have stabilized where sleep and appetite are normal and anxiety waves gone. I will continue taper but the last days I have  just wanted to sleep and am somewhat apathetic.

Has anybody experienced some fatigue/depression after stabilizing from a taper? Part of me wants to listen to my body and just get all the extra rest I can but I’m not sure the best course.

By all means rest as much as possible for brain recovery. You are making large cuts, very taxing on your CNS.

Good to hear you are stabilized. Is your plan to make smaller cuts going forward?

Very much so

330 and still in bed, everything aches. About 2w off Seroquel and 5 w since nuking diazepam too fast.

Join with me in some self soothing. ?..

Oddly depressed and demoralised today. Bother

Yes. I have been very tired lately. After the insomnia and wicked bad mental and physical symptoms, I think my body and mind do need the recovery time.

Some days I do have more energy than others, and I hope those days increase. I'm listening to my body though, because I did not earlier and sure paid for it.

All the best on your taper and hope you get rebound energy soon.

Fatigue has been a bane of mine for a long time, particularly post jump 78 days ago.  Depression, apathy, too.

I sleep, rest, as my body dictates.

Not much choice really, as could not keep my eyes open or rest even if I wanted to.

I've seen others state same when checking archives.

I'm in the same boat as you. I had to hold at 1mg of Xanax because my WD was out of control and felt crazy. Now I'm stabilizing, I am super depressed and tired all day. I never take Napa during the day, but now I do. After I tried to quit Xanax last year, I got depressed as well.  I'm thinking of taking 5-HTP but there are mixed reviews on this forum.  Hang in there, there is light at the end of the tunnel

About 3-4 weeks. I meant *naps not Napa. I'm trying the Ashton Method, so holding for 1 month before I start to taper again
