I started having a lot of pain in both my shoulders around the 1 year mark.  It feels like stiff muscles such as triceps and deltoid.  They get a little better if I stretch but some days I can hardly lift them.  It's also become painful in my shoulders to sleep on my side.  Just wondering, is this is a normal symptom?
