3th week update, remeron

Today i am feeling really disconected from reality, no anxiety but deep depresion, i dont like the feeling of being hungry all the time and carb craveings. I dont like the feeliing on 30 mg remeron.  dont know what to do

I would try 22.5 mg.

It would be wrong if i say it has not helped because i have no more morning anxiety, my sleep improved, my mood started to improve but today was a day that i felt oversedated deatached from the reality, i cant stop eating also. I will quit remeron.

Oversedation, hunger, also i notice hormonal changes (painful brests), swollen eyelids. Really dont know what to do.

Too much side efects. Dont want this medication in my system. It is third week i cant stop eating with swolen eyelids painful brests and untill evening dont know where i am. I can sleep but the sleep is not good. I dont know what to do. I am totally lost and messed.

I had side effects for a few weeks.  Gained two pounds. I would give it a chance , but I know you have probs with some meds.
