back and hip pain

Hey guys in july it will be 3 years if only i was ok my hips and back hurt so much , my legs are not strong as they used to be and benzobelly is severe if i get that pregnant belly it s like all my muscles in my back hurt even more but even if the belly is less with periods my back hurts had my back tested and they found nothing .

Anyone who had this almost 3 years and healed from zverything i described here from backpain to benzobelly?

Many things can cause back pain.

Have you done the bone density test DXA Scan?

Also check your Vitamin D levels.
