cant live like this any longer

I can't live like this any longer. Give me pain any day over this constant anxiety. I cant eat, cant sleep, cant even talk/socialize with my kids I'm so anxious I think im going to restart. I was never this bad on Ativan......EVER!!! how do you all hold off and stay alive? maybe you all don't have the anxiety that im experiencing? feels like I drank a pot of coffe and a lion is chasing me. nothing im doing is calming me down

I am so sorry you are suffering this much while raising your children!!  It take much courage and stamina!

Are you experiencing inner vibrations and neuropathic pain?  Any chance you are near your cycle or ovulating?

For me, the "anxiety" or inner vibrations and nerve pain hits with wild hormonal fluctuation,

Since coming off benzos, adding in progesterone has helped.......isnt curative but helps stabilize the hormonal fluctuations.

 

I sure hope this lifts soon for you.
