Cres, try to stay in a quiet environment and rest away from stress. I find that even trying to follow conversations of others including love ones taxes the CNS too much. You will get better!

Not trying to start a pissing contest or anything lol, but when I had to C/T 4.5 years ago, I literally sat in a chair and stared at my father  because I was so insane and paranoid and psycho that I thought he was going to do something to me (he never has lol). I was literally insane, I would wake up with voices in my head, I saw ghosts run across the room, I was catatonic a few days. Anyways, this psychosis only lasted a few weeks, but point being that 8 months later I was back to work full time. I'm telling you this because I know you're going to be fine if you just stay away from GABA stuff. It's tough, it sucks, but you will get back to normal if you just stick it out, I promise you.

Btw ativan. Your dms are closed. I wanted to ask your more about your experience since we came off the same benzo. But yeah I feel same craziness. Always wonder if ppl are putting ativan in my water. No voices thankfully but i cant sit in a chair for long before falling out of it. Trying to figure out what im doing wrong to be so physically ill.
