Hello, my first day here ... meds haven't helped me enough to stay on them and am just facing a new direction ... pain/sleep/fear/meds/aging/alone ... have decided to stop the ones I'm not dependent on and titrate off the others that I can ... under the care of a new doctor.

Yep, I have Fibeo, along with other pain issues. Mostly in my neck and back. But Fibro affects everything, as you know.

Meds didn't help me much either. Sorry you're struggling with so much. I'm here if you need to talk or I can share my story. I've kicked all meds except Klonopin.  It's not easy but for me, it was the only answer. I found cycling and that has helped with my pain. I still have pain, but not like when I was first dx with Fibro.

Anyway, I hope I can offer some help, encouragement or just be an ear for you.

I have also had the diagnosis Fibromyalgia and ME/CFS. But now I understand that my problems were tolerance and WD.

Therefore, it should be interesting to see how I really feel when this hell is over.
