Newbie assistance

I cut for the first time a week ago. I’m suffering terribly. It may sound ridiculous but is this to be expected? I’m shakey and in bed most of the day. The evening is better and I am able to eat. I just need a little help understanding. Thank you. George

Yes my first cut was rough. I felt like I had the flu for weeks. How much did you cut?

I went from 1.5 Ativan to1.25. I think it was too much. I can’t function. I’m looking at micro tapering using a scale. I don’t think my current cognitive skills are sufficient to to the water taper. I so appreciate your response. This site is huge and I’m having trouble figuring it out . George
