I am in my 19th week out.

 

 

I really do not think I have had a ¨manic¨ episode before........but the closest thing I can find to what I am feeling is like a mixed manic/depressive bp episode........and it has been going on for a while now.

 

 

I have had depression and anxiety in the past.......way before the benzo.

 

 

I need some relief and there is none.  I am so incredibly tired of this that I don´t know what to do anymore.

 

 

I am afraid anything I do will set me back. How can we keep going on like this?  How How How?

I went back into Acute during Month 4.  It was then that I decided that my recovery was going to happen and let go of counting the days and time. The alternative was doing the opposite.  I am almost a year out and can be 90 percent functional.  It was HELL.  I am still healing.  You will recover too.  Accept that this is healing and your symptoms are proof.  So sorry.

Thanks for the replies. I broke down and microdosed a bit of indica last night. It’s helped a lot. I hope it doesn’t cause a setback.
