Original Anxiety vs. Chemical Anxiety

How can you tell the difference between chemical anxiety from the benzo and the anxiety you had originally? I've noticed going to the store is increasingly hard lately. I used to have to go places and do things to feel okay early in withdrawal but now it feels like going places is bringing on really bad anxiety in my stomach and it makes me want to cry.

The same here, but it will get easy, when I started withdrawal it was very hard now its becoming much easier, don’t worry it will be ok

I used to have to go places and keep moving to stay sane. Now I can just feel the anxiety in my stomach when I go places. I feel it this morning laying in bad too. I don't recall this before benzos. So when does the chemical anxiety leave?
